YSR Congress Party chief and Leader of the Opposition in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly, Y S Jaganmohan Reddy today called on President Pranab Mukherjee at Rashtrapathi Nilayam at Bollaram in Secunderabad.
Jaganmohan Reddy made it to the President, who is on a 14-day southern sojourn. On the occasion, Jagan reportedly complained to the President about “call money sex scandal” that played with the lives of women in Vijayawada. He also sought his intervention for special status to Andhra Pradesh State. Jagan also apprised the President of the issues like – one year suspension of YSRCP legislator Roja against legislature norms, failure of AP government in setting up Tribal Advisory Committee and bauxite mining against the interests of Tribals in agency area.
