YSR Congress president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has filed bail petition in the CBI special court here on Tuesday.
Jagan has said in the petition filed through his lawyer that he as the president of his party needed to campaign for the candidates in the ensuing by-elections and prayed for bail. Maintaining that his arrest was improper, he has asked the court to give him bail to enable him to campaign for his party candidates.
