Hyderabad, April 08: YSR Congress Party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy is doing business with politics. What he is doing is not public service, but political business, says N Varadarajulu Reddy, former minister and once a staunch follower of Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.
Apparently angry with the way Jagan bought over the voters to defeat him in the MLC elections, Varadajulu Reddy launched a scathing attack on the former Kadapa MP on the occasion of the by-elections to Kadapa. He said Jagan had resorted to settlements without the knowledge of his father YSR. “He inherited the qualities of his uncle Ravindranath Reddy, but not that of his father,” he said.
He said Jagan had made billions of rupees, taking advantage of the rule of YSR. “Now, he is pumping in crores of rupees in the by-elections to win the seat by hook or crook. But the people can see through his game plan. They will teach him a fitting lesson in the elections and support the Congress,” he said.
