YSR Congress Party president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy was on Wednesday discharged from the Guntur Government General hospital where he was admitted on Tuesday after police foiled his indefinite fast undertaken to seek Special Status for Andhra Pradesh.
Jagan, who had launched his fast on October 7, was forcibly shifted to Government General Hospital by police in the early hours of Tuesday. He was administered intravenous fluids and was kept under observation and medication by a group of doctors. He was discharged after his health condition improved.
After discharge from hospital, Jagan left for Hyderabad along with his family members. (INN)
