YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, who was arrested in the disproportionate assets case, will be produced in the CBI court at Nampalli on Wednesday.
The special judge, who generally conducts hearing through video conference, is on leave for three days. The remand of Jagan, Nimmagadda Prasad and Mopidevi Venkata Ramana, arrested in the disproportionate case and Gali Janardana reddy, Rajagopal¸ Srinivasa reddy arrested in the OMC case and Sunil Reddy arrested in the Emaar properties case will be ending on Wednesday.
So far, their remands were being extended through video conference. As the special judge has been on leave, they could not be examined through video conference. So all the accused would be produced in person in the court.
The Chanchalguda Jail authorities were already informed of the situation and asked them to send the accused to the court.
