The Supreme Court has posted to May 6 the bail petition of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the Disproportionate Assets (DA) case.
The bench comprising Justice Sadasivam and Justice Iqbal heard the arguments of the counsel of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The court has issued notices to CBI to file counter in the Jagan bail case.
Meanwhile, the verdict on the petition seeking the High Court to monitor the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy case has been reserved by the court. (INN)
