Mumbai, March 15: A lot of expectations are being attached to Jacqueline Fernandez who has replaced Mallika Sherawat in the sequel of the 2004 hit film Murder.
Jacqueline, who hasn’t had much box office success in her résumé so far, is hoping to make it big with Murder 2 even if it means baring a lot to the camera. The girl is already impressed by Mallika’s boldness in Murder.
“I have seen Murder and I loved Mallika’s performance. I think she is extremely daring and that’s something we can all learn from her,” Jacqueline says.
But Mohit Suri, who will direct the sequel, has revealed that Jacqueline’s character in the sequel will be bolder than Mallika’s. Jacqueline will be required to do a lot of dare-bare scenes for which she is ready.
“When you get into a field like acting, a lot of other things become immaterial. So if the role and the script demands something, you do it,” Jacqueline admits.
So as Jacqueline tries to outshine Mallika in the sequel of the 2004 thriller, do you think she has what it takes to put Mallika’s oomph in shade?
