Jack Ma, the founder of Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba, shared a few tips at the 2018 World Economic Forum. He says, always try to find smart people and make sure small people can work together.
Sharing the success tips he says, when you are 20 to 30 years old, you should follow a good boss. When you are 30 to 40 years old if you want to do something yourself just do it. But when you are 40 to 50 years old you should do things that you are good at. Don’t try something new it could be dangerous. When you are 50-60 years old spend time training and developing young people, the next generation. When you are over 60 years old, stay with your grandchildren.
