The Telangana JAC and Praja Sanghala leaders on Saturday submitted a memorandum to Home Minister P. Sabita Indra Reddy urging her to take stern action against the culprits, who were behind the riots and provide compensation to those who have lost their properties in Sanga Reddy of Medak district.
The JAC leaders called on her at the Ministers Quarters and explained the incident in detail. They pointed out that they visited Sanga Reddy. They alleged that a particular leader had engineered riots with political motive and tried to derail the ongoing Telangana agitation. They urged the government to arrest the brain behind the riots and take steps to ensure such incidents did not recur.
