Melbourne, July 13: It’s official! Jennifer Lawrence has recently signed on to star in ‘ The Rosie Project,’ an adaptation of Graeme Simsion’s 2013 best-seller.
Tabloid media reveals that the romedy centres on a socially inept genetics professor, who devises a scientifically sound survey to find his perfect mate but his plans go awry when he meets Rosie, who doesn’t fit his criteria, reported News.com.au.
Though film-makers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller were originally set to direct the movie, the project is currently without a director.
Simsion’s best-seller sold more than a million copies worldwide and its sequel, ‘The Rosie Effect,’ was published in 2014. (ANI)
