Srinagar, May 09: Opposition PDP today lashed out at the National Conference-led coalition government for allegedly failing to accelerate developmental activities in the state.
“It is unfortunate that the coalition government neither carried forward the political agenda of the previous regime nor followed the development policies,” PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti said addressing a meeting of party workers at Mattan-Bijbehara, near here.
Instead of taking effective steps to accelerate development, this government has indulged in only cosmetic efforts to hoodwink the common masses, she alleged.
The Apex Court and other institutions have observed that the state has been lacking development due to wrong policies of the present government, she claimed.
