Pulwama (Jammu and Kashmir): A civilian was shot at allegedly by terrorists in Tral area in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday.
Rasheed Bhat, a resident of the Pulwama district, was later shifted to a hospital and is currently said to be stable.
