Ivanka Trump carries her own bullet-proof car to GES in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Ivanka Trump, the advisor and daughter of US President Donald Trump, will travel around Hyderabad in her own special bullet-proof vehicle. The US Secret Service is taking care of close security of Ivanka, who is a key speaker at the three-day Global Entrepreneurship Summit alongside Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

A high-level security is in place for Ivanka and 10,000 extra security forces has been brought in, NDTV reported. Anti-terrorist forces and dog squads will also be deployed.

Ivanka may also visit an open-air market around Charminar, a 16th century mosque, reports suggested.

Ivanka will be greeted by Modi who will host a gala dinner at the Falaknuma Palace. The dinner will be served on a Nizam-era table at which 101 people can sit at a time. The palace is now a plush hotel.

Ivanka’s Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative, or We-Fi, aims to boost access to business capital for women in the developing world.

Ivanka, 36, has travelled to India before, but this is her maiden trip to the country as a senior presidential advisor. Accompanied by several top administrations official, a large number of Indian Americans are part of her delegation, which numbers 350 from 38 states.
