IT experts would take out a “cycle yatra” to the venue of foundation laying ceremony for Amaravathi, new capital city of Andhra Pradesh.
502 IT experts would leave on Monday on cycles and reach the venue on October 21 visiting temples, masjids, churches on their way, praying for all round development of Andhra Pradesh. The rally with a slogan of “Mana Amaravathi- Praja Rajdhani” will appeal youth to participate in it for the development of the state.
TDP leader Payyavulla Kesava launched the logo of cycle yatra. MLAs, MPs, MLCs and leaders will also participate in the yatra from their respective villages, kesav said at a press conference at NTR bhavan here today.
The yatra will commence on October 19 from NTR trust bhavan, TDP headquarters, proceed towards Nagarjunsagar after visiting NTR ghat, L B Nagar and Mallepalli. It will reach Nagarjunsagar in the night. Second day the yatra would pass through Macherla, Gurujala, Pidugurallu, sAttenpalli, Pedkurpadi and Dharnikota.
Next day on October 21, the yatra would reach Amaravati from Dharnikota, Tulluru, Vijayawada, Mangalgiri, Guntur, Tadikonda and Nekkallu. From Nekkallu it will reach the venue on October 22, the TDP leader said.(NSS)
