Now it’s enough we have endured a lot. These elections are a good chance to choose a good MLA. Our MLA saheb does show his face but once in every 5 years. He doesn’t show up after winning the election, told most of the voters.
A man who repairs puncture said ‘enough is enough.’ He is the resident of Yaqutpura assembly constituency. ‘We are giving votes and there are raking in big money. We don’t have any government school in our area to admit our children.’ Another man Jahangir Shareef who works in a cloth shop said that due to poverty he ended up into the clutches of loan sharks. The loan sharks enjoy full backing of leaders. Leaders get our votes but help laonsharks and hooligans.
Sharfan Khala of Aman Nagar says our MLA showed up his face just twice during 5 years. Now again he is seen visiting street to street.
A mouzzen called attention towards a flowing nala which is flowing for years. The sewage water is weakening the foundations of the houses. A youth who works in a lathe machine factory told that there is no development in Yaqutpura for 20 years while the new city has undergone significant development. Even plotting has been done on play grounds. An educated youth told we were silent because we had no alternative but now that we have got an alternative we would show our strength in silence through our votes. Now the time has arrived for a change.
