Israeli missiles shot down in Syria

Damascus: Syrian Arab Army air defenses shot down score of Israeli missiles targeted at the Syrian border on Thursday.

Syrian Arab News Agency quoted an army official as saying that it shot down ten Israeli missiles at Syrian Golan preventing them from reaching the ground targets. Some, however of them managed to hit the air defence battalions, radars, and an ammo depot.

The command of the Lebanese Army said that four Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace at the same time as the aggression in Syria took place.
The authorities have asked the instructors to take shelter in the wake of the latest incident of aggression in Israel.

Thursday’ s aggression took place less than 24 years after Syrian air defenses shot down two Israeli missiles over the al-Kisweh area in the Damascus countryside.
