The Supreme Court today sought the response of Delhi police on the bail plea of Syed Mohammad Kazmi, a journalist, who is accused in the February 13 terror attack on an Israeli diplomat here.
A bench of justices Altamas Kabir and J Chelameswar issued a notice to the Delhi police for September 14.
