Hyderabad, January 4: An excellent Islamic Art gallery will be established in Hyderabad shortly. The vast Islamic art gallery will be set up shortly at Salarjang museum Hyderabad where all rare objects related to Islamic art will be displayed under one roof.
The gallery on an area of 26000 sqft is in concluding phase. The gallery is located on the second floor of eastern block of Salarjang museum.
The construction cost is 4 crore rupees. More than 2500 artifacts will be displayed including, sword, textiles, Irani carpets, the Holy Quran, precious stones, Chinese pottery and glass items with Quranic verses engraved on it.
