Aden: The Islamic State (ISIS) has claimed the responsibility for the suicide car bombing in Yemen’s southern Aden city on Sunday that killed seven soldiers, Anadolu news agency reported.
A bomber rammed his explosives-laden vehicle into the gate of the main security headquarters in Aden, Anadolu news agency quoted a security source, as saying.
According to the report, gunmen attacked the building of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) after the bombing.
Security forces were continuing to battle armed militants who had taken hostages in a police department at the time of filing the report. (ANI)
