Isha Foundation to impart Upa-yoga to citizens

Hyderabad: Isha Foundation will impart upa-yoga to the people of Hyderabad in run-up to the fourth International Day of Yoga. Upa-yoga is designed by Sadhguru, Founder, Isha Foundation.

As part of International Day of Yoga (IDY) celebrations in Hyderabad, 150 to 200 yoga sessions are being conducted in different parts of the city, where already more than 2,000 people have learnt yoga. Sessions were conducted at Kendriya Vidyalaya, RPF, Bank of America, English Union High School and so on. Isha and its volunteers will continue to hold these sessions even after June 21.

On June 21, Isha Foundation will be organising multiple sessions at various locations across Hyderabad (Kukatpally, Gachibowli, Ameerpet, Himayath nagar, Nacharam, Bowenpally and so on which will be free and open to all.
