Indian Railways has extended the authority conferred on Members of Legislative Assemblies of States and Union Territories for issue of Income Certificates for the purpose of securing Izzat Monthly Season Tickets (Izzat MST) for persons working in unorganized sectors by one more year — upto September 30, 2013. The income certificates issued by MLAs are accepted by Railways subject to conditions, a release from SCR said here today. UNI
