(Siasat News) Intermediate examination 2012 in A.P. was started in a peaceful manner yesterday the first paper of Intermediate examination consisted of Language paper i.e., Urdu, Hindi, Telugu, Sanskrit and Arabic as the first language. For Intermediate (general) 8,89,876 and for Intermediate (Vocational) 89,431 candidates are appearing. In all. 9,29,307 candidates had registered their names but 70,284 candidates appeared yesterday and 7.17% of the candidates remained absent.
According to Mr.M. Subrahmanyam, Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, third set of question papers was selected. Intermediate Board had sent observers to Nalgonda, Mahaboobnagar, Medak and Ranga Reddy Districts.
Intermediate examination was conducted in a peaceful manner and no untoward incident took place in the state.
