The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education on Tuesday informed that the IPE March 2014 Practical Examinations will commence from February 12 and conclude on March 4.
The examination will be conducted in four spells. As many as 1,371 Government, Aided, AP Residential, Social welfare and private unaided junior colleges have been identified and constituted as practical examination centers all over the state. This year a total of 301,579 students (MPC 1,55,928 ; BPC 76,375; Vocational I and II years 69,276) will appear for the practical examinations. All the arrangements have been made to conduct the examination smoothly and effectively, the Board said in a press release here.
Experienced Junior Lecturers from different Junior colleges have been selected randomly after jumbling and posted as Practical Examiners and Departmental Officers to conduct the practical examination in other than their original colleges where they are working. Flying Squads, High Power Committee and the District Examination Committee will supervise the conduct of examination at the examination centers. Besides these the Board is also deputing the state observers to all the districts from the head office.
The Board informed that Hall Tickets for Practical Examinations have been dispatched to the colleges and the details of candidates appearing for IPE March 2015 are kept in the board website www.bietelangana.cgg.gov.in. The students (also parents) may check their details of examination by entering their previous year examination Registration Number. “If it is noticed that any college management has not issued the hall ticket to the student for any reason, serious action will be initiated against such management. All the Regional Inspection Officers have been instructed to monitor such cases in their jurisdiction,” according to BIE. (INN)
