Chief Executive Officer Waqf Board suspended Mohammed Dastageer Inspector Auditor Waqf, Medak district for ‘negligence of duty’. Orders were issued on February 16 in this connection. It must be noted that inspector auditor Waqf had not acted upon the representation made by local Muslims in connection with the illegal occupations on Waqf properties in Siddipet, Gajwel, Sangareddy, Zaheerabad, Sadasivapet, Patancheru and Medak town. Besides that he was accused of allegedly demanding money for obtaining the land allotted for the construction of Hajj House. After investigating into the complaint of Waqf Board it was decided to suspend the Inspector Auditor Waqf.
Waqf Board has replaced Mohammed Dastageer with Mohammed Saber Husain Junior Assistant Waqf Board.
