What happened at Charminar is an example of emotionally charged youth who came in thousands to offer prayers at Makkah Masjid and Salaam at CHILLA mubarak.
Youth in 13-20 year age groups turned up in large number. A large number of Mashaiqeen and Ulemas including the Hyderabad MP appealed the youth to gather in large numbers to offer “SALAAM ” at Chilla Mubarak, the dream turned out to be nightmare for the innocent youths.
The ever ready Police started thrashing them badly and at least 200 boys were arrested and heavy lathi blows by police and thrashing these innocent boys.
Teargas shells were used in hundreds on these poor and innocent boys and as usual no politician was present at Charminar at the time of incident, forget about MLA and MP.
