Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao said that if Muslims were getting just 2.89 percent of pensions then it was injustice to Muslims. He assured to immediately stop the injustices. On Thursday during the debate on the Aasra scheme in the assembly, when a MLA gave some proposals to the government, Chandrashekhar Rao said that complete justice would be done to Muslims and assured that injustices would not be repeated. He further said that the government will see that no injustice is done to Muslims not only in Hyderabad but in the entire Telangana state.
The MLA demanded all kinds of facilities to old city residents, reduction of age criteria for old age pensions to 60 from 65, setting up of Aadhaar card centre in old city and measures for speedy resolution of problems faced by the old city residents.
