Secular organizations have strongly condemned the inimical attitude prevalent in the country towards Muslims and dalit adivasis. They claimed that those who raise voice for the rights and equalities in the country and are struggling for justice are seen as terrorists and naxalites because of beard.
Leaders of more than 15 Muslim, Dalit and Adivasi organizations gathered here at Press Club, Somajiguda, on Monday. The leaders expressed strong resentment against the forces damaging Telangana cause.
Sangareddy MLA Jaggareddy’s effigy was burnt at Somajiguda road, as mark of protest. The leaders were angry over state government’s attitude and Jaggareddy’s abusiveness.
Secular leaders strongly condemned arrests of Muslim youth across the country and implicating them in false case. The press conference was organized by Hyderabad Civil Society .
