Infosys to meet analysts in Mumbai on April 23

Bengaluru: Global software major Infosys Ltd on Saturday said it will hold a meeting with market analysts in Mumbai on April 23 to brief about its business operations.

“The company will organise an analyst meeting in Mumbai on April 23 evening at Hotel Taj Lands End, Bandra (suburb) between 4.30 p.m and 7.30 p.m,” said the city-based IT firm in a regulatory filing on the BSE.

The proceedings of the meeting will be webcast live on the company’s website (infosys.com) along with presentations made on the occasion and transcripts of discussions.

The outsourcing major on Friday declared its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal 2017-18 and gave its revenue guidance for fiscal 2018-19.

The company projected a robust 7-9 per cent consolidated revenue for this fiscal (FY19) in dollar terms despite posting 28 per cent decline in net profit for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal.

Infosys plans to scale its digital business, which contributed $2.8 billion in the fiscal, energise its clients’ core technology landscape via artificial intelligence (AI) and automation, re-skilling its techies and expanding its localisation in Australia, Europe and the US.
