Influx of politicians continue in TRS

Influx of politicians from other parties is continuing unabated into the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi. The other day, several leaders belonging to Ibrahimpatnam in Ranga Reddy district joined the TRS in the presence of party supremo and Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao. Similarly, leaders from YSR Congress Party, Telugu Desam and Congress parties and belonging to Ibrahimpatnam, Secunderabad Cantonment, Mahbubnagar, Patancheru joined the TRS by accepting Rose scarves from KCR.

Speaking on the occasion, IT Minister K. Taraka Ramarao said Telangana State came into being after decades long struggle and supreme sacrifices made by the youth and students. To fulfill the aspirations of the people, the TRS government presented Rs one lakh crore Budget in the Assembly on Wednesday, for which the people in the entire State were feeling proud. KTR said, “We are fulfilling all the promises made by the party on the eve of general elections. All the eligible persons would enjoy fruits of government welfare programs and the people would start getting pensions from November 8”.

The IT Minister said the KCR government has achieved distinction by allocating Rs 1,000 crore in the budget for the welfare of the Muslim minorities. In the coming days, every house will have its own tap for drinking water, he assured. Stating that TRS is not a party which allows robbers to loot the people, KTR said there was no need to take note of the cries of the Opposition parties. “Chief Minister KCR knows about the problems of the common man and that is why he has introduced “Kalyana Lakshmi” and “Shaadi Mubarak” schemes for marriage of girls, who would get Rs 51,000”, he added.
