Inferno director Ron Howard: “It was a joy to work with Irrfan Khan”

Mumbai: Ron Howard-director of Inferno says it was a joy to work with Irrfan Khan in the movie, in which he plays Harry. The film is all set to release in India on October 14. The acclaimed Indian actor is confident the movie will be a “great ride” for the audience.

“Robert Langdon and The Provost. Going to be a great ride! Inferno in cinemas October 14,” He wrote on Twitter.

Howard posted: “Irrfan, Tom Hanks SonyPicsIndia… Irrfan was a brilliant…a joy to work with.”

Irrfan wrote back; humbled by the praise, Irrfan wrote back: “Such an honour to be a part of this amazing saga 🙂 thanks, Ron Howard”.

Sony Pictures Entertainment set Ron Howard to direct Dan Brown’s fourth novel in the Robert Langdon series, Inferno, with David Koepp writing the script.The project’s executive producers include Dan Brown, Anna Culp, Bill Connor, and David Householter.

Most of the film was planned to be shot in Budapest,Hungary at Korda Studios. The film will be available in both 2D and 3D formats. On May 9, 2016, Sony Pictures released the first teaser trailer for the film.
