Jakarta: Three persons were killed in a flood that struck in Indonesia’s Gorontalo province, an official said on Monday.
Three children were swept away by strong current of a river in Hutuo village on Sunday and their bodies were later found by rescuers, Xinhua news agency quoted an official of the national disaster management agency.

Four other children who were also swept away have survived, the official said.
Heavy rains triggered the flash flood, the official added.
