Fujairah, May 31: Wedding plans turned tragic when a 24-year-old Indian died in a road accident in Fujairah just two months before his marriage.
The incident occurred last week when the Moideen Kutty from Kerala, India, was driving at night near the New Industrial Area in Fujairah.
The vehicle lost balance and hit the divider. He died on the spot following severe head injuries.
Kutty was transporting goods from one of his father’s restaurants to another one which was located a few streets away.
According to family members Kutty was scheduled to visit India in July for his marriage.
“All preparations were being made for the wedding. Both the families are shattered,” added the source.
