A meeting was held at Azad Apartment in I.B. Estate, New Delhi. It was attended by senior members of the center to muster support in favour of Mr. Sirajuddin Qureshi who is seeking election for the post of the President of the center. Mr. S.M. Khan, Mr. Nisar Hamed Khan, Mr. Sharafat Husain and others attended the meeting. The members said that India Islamic Cultural Center is a place of Islamic Civilization; its dignity should not be tampered by treating it as a club.
Mr. Ishtiyaq Ayyubi told that this center is free from irregularities. Mr.Qureshi told that under the pretext of ‘think tank’ some persons want to grab this institution. He appealed to the members to cast their votes in his favour.
