India end day at 213/8 against Bangladesh

Chittagong, January 17: India were struggling at 213 for eight in the first innings against Bangladesh after poor light forced early stumps on the opening day of the first cricket Test here on Sunday.

At the close of play, Sachin Tendulkar was batting on 76 and Ishant Sharma on one. Virender Sehwag made 52. Shahadat Hossain and skipper Shakib Al Hasan picked up four wickets each.
