Mr. Masjid Husain, Mayor, Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad convened a meeting with the officials of RTC to explore the possibilities of enhancing RTC bus services in the city.
The matter of offering services on new routes was also discussed in the meeting. He pointed out that there is only one bus is available on the route from Ahmednagar to Charminar vila Bazar Guard for the past 30 years. The residents of Ahmednagar are facing a lot of difficulties for their travel. Many citizens living in densely populated areas use RTC bus service.
Mr. Masjid Husain requested RTC authorities to arrange buses from Ahmednagar to Falaknuma. He told that a representation would be made to Transport Minister.
Three bus shelters have been proposed on Ahmednagar to Secunderabad route at Ahmedia Hotel, Gowtham Towers and at Khaja Mansion at Masab Tank.
