Jaipur, January 28: Demanding the Rajasthan government increase the budget for mid-day meals in schools, BJP leader Vasundhara Raje today claimed the quality of food in the programme would suffer if it was not done.
“Either the scheme would be called off or children would get food of low quality if the budget for the scheme is not increased by the government,” Raje said at a function in Bikaner.
She also alleged the state government had only issued statements in the name of development but did nothing for the growth of the state in past one year.
