Hyderabad: Panic was created with the raids of Income Tax Dept. in Begum Bazar. Suddenly, calmness prevailed in the busy market of Begum Bazar. People were inconvenience with they saw the shops are closed.
At around 5 p.m. Mehboob Gunj Market was also closed suddenly. The businessmen expressed their wrath against the steps taken by the Govt. The traders complaint that wholesale merchant are not accepting old Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 currency notes. They are therefore not in a position to buy articles in wholesale.
At 7 p.m., Madina Market was also closed down and they the shop keepers started shifting the articles at safer places.
