Impeachment motion against CJI was deliberate to delay Ayodhya title case: VHP leader Alok Kumar

Right-wing Hindu nationalist organization Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s working president Alok Kumar in a candid interview said that the impeachment motion CJI Misra was in order to delay the SC’s hearing on Babri Masjid-Ram Janmabhoomi title suit.

When asked whether the delay has had any impact on Hindu-Muslim relations in India he said yes the delay has had a great impact on the communities relations had this matter been solved earlier it would have paved a way for growing amicable relations between the two communities, Indian Express reported.

His opinion regarding the impeachment motion against CJI was deliberate delay by certain people indicating to four most senior SC Judges.

Guess the working president is not familiar with the names of the Judges who moved an impeachment motion against CJI. None of the senior Judges were Muslims to deliberately delay the process and had addressed the media when things were completely out of order in the nation’s top court.
