According to the details, Shaik Mohammed Jaffer (28), a businessman was going from Mallepally to Sitarambagh wearing a namaz cap. The miscreants who were part of the protest rally against Pulwama attack dashed his vehicle and later indulged in heated arguments.
The miscreants alleged that the youth had raised the slogan, ‘Pakistan Zindabad’. However, Jaffer denied it.
Following the heated arguments, a group of five miscreants attacked him. Later, Mr. Jaffar approached Habeeb Nagar Police Station to lodge a complaint. In his complaint, he mentioned that miscreants attacked him seeing his namaz cap.
The sub-Inspector on duty registered an ordinary case of quarrel ignoring Mr. Jaffar’s statement.
