We have immediate openings for System Executive/Admin for one of our Manufacturing company in- Hyderabad Location
Title of the Position : System Executive
Location : HYDERABAD, India
Education: Graduate Preferably Engineering background in Computer Science,Information Technology, or other related streams.
MSc Computer Science, MCA Computer Science also acceptable
End User Support :
Support internal customers in ERP (MS Dynamics AX), HRMS and other internal IT Systems and Tools.
Maintain IT Systems and Applications (ERP, HRMS, Web Applications, Web Site, Blog), in line with industry best practices and ensuring compliance to information security guidelines.
Project Execution :
E nd to End Coordination between internal teams and vendors for execution of ERP, HRMS, Web applications and other IT projects.
Coordinate with ERP Partners, Application Support partners for resolution of issues raised by end-users.
Maintain communication plan, project logs, organize review meetings, maintain minutes of meetings.
Testing of application functionality to ensure alignment with business expectations, identify and report deviations, errors and bugs.
DLP and Security:
Prevent unauthorized access to ERP, Databases and Information systems through enforcement of access rights, based on Functional Roles and Responsibilities.
Change and Incident Management:
Work with GE Teams to raise and execute change requests in GE Service Now Portal, for developing applications and solutions for business
Report systems issues for redressal through appropriate channels and escalate as required
Reports – MIS:
Build and deploy reports dashboards using MSBI Tools, Data
visualization tools like Tableau
Audit Support:
Maintain required documentation and evidences required to be
furnished for IT Audits
DR:
Coordinate with Server Support, HW-Storage Vendors and GE Teams for Disaster recovery and compliance with DR guidelines and preventive measures
