– Client Management
– Handling client escalation related to HR operations of Staff deployed to different clients. Solving Day to day HR issues & resolving it within TAT.
– Plans daily contacts and visits to manage/acquire customers
– Implements business development actions (active proposals, telephone contacts, negotiations and proposals), acquisition visits, retention actions.
– Promotes cross selling and up selling actions.
– Draws up business proposals. Responsible for the right quote.
– Monthly Targets has to be achieved.
– Draws up agreement with client companies
– Contacts the customer for debt recovery
– Market coverage & Cracking competition.
– Conducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of Adecco services to decision makers (Head-HR/Finance/Operations) of corporate clients.
– Extensive co-ordination with the other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for both the external / internal customers.
