Prior experience of 6 Months to 3 years
Experience in any of the following, where support is provided primarily in English:
Level 1 technical support in B2B andB2C environments
Customer service support
Collections, Marketing and any outbound calling support
Any other experience supporting
international customers through phone /chat / email
Experience in dealing with clients in client support roles (other than calling profiles) are welcome too, provided
candidates have very good spoken English skills
Any one of the following educational
Qualifications:
Graduates (B.Sc., BCA, B.Com, BBA,
BBM, BA and Diploma)
Engineers (Non-Computer science
stream preferred)
Undergraduate (10+2) Masters Degree in a non-technical
stream
