Experience: Delphi Developer with 4-10 years experience.

Role & Responsibility: In Delphi, candidate should be able to understand complex code and make necessary changes.
He should be aware of Delphi advanced level concepts like writing custom components, writing and using DLLs.
Candidate should have strong knowledge of Object oriented programming and Database programming.
