Mumbai, November 01: The 10 day Peace Conference organised by Islamic Research Foundation concluded with the prayer made by Imam-e-Kaba Al Sheikh Saud al Shuraim.
In his supplication to the Almighty Al Sheikh Saud al Shuraim prayed for peace and safety in India and for granting victory to the Muslim world. He declared the religious services rendered by Dr. Zakir Naik as exceptional. Almighty Allah alone will give him the reward for that. He said. He urged the Muslim brethren to be united for the sake of Allah and dedicate themselves for the eminence of Islam putting minor conflicts aside.
Dr Zakir Naik thanked the scholars for making the conference a success.
Nearly 20 lakh participants attended the concluding day of the conference. Congress incharge of Maharashtra Mr. Digvijay Singh in his speech admitted that injustice has been done to the minorities in the country but it is being tried to build confidence among minorities as an offset.
