Ongole (AP), September 07: Contrary to his detractors’ claims, Congress MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy today said he is not isolated as he has the support of people.
“Everyone benefited in some way or other by the welfare and development measures initiated by our beloved leader Rajasekhara Reddy. That’s why he has occupied a permanent place in our hearts,” he said.
“He gave me such a huge family that comprises all of you. When I have the support of so many people, can any detractors of mine say that Jagan is alone or isolated?”
He was speaking at villages in Prakasam district on the fifth day of his controversial yatra.
The comments comes in the backdrop of reports that majority of Congress MLAs in Prakasam district were staying away from his yatra in view of the party high command’s directives.
