Hyderabad, February 3: On the representation made by Deccan Waqf Properties Protection Society, regarding unauthorized construction activities at the waqf property, adjacent to Dargah Hazrat Durvesh Mohiuddin Qaudri, Karwan, Task force team of waqf board and inspector auditor waqf circle IV examined the unauthorized construction works on the spot and submitted a report to chief executive officer.
According to the report 1,46,710 sqyd land is recorded under the said dargah. In his report inspector auditor stated that a man named Balbir Singh is carrying out unauthorized construction under the premises of the said dargah.
When it was tried to deter him from illegal construction, the man claimed that he possessed ‘patta’ but failed to produce documents.
