Three persons, including two women, committed suicide allegedly due to ill-health.
In Miyapur police limits, an 18-year-old girl, Sana Afreen, committed suicide by hanging to the ceiling at her residence in Aditya Nagar on Thursday night. In another case, B Saritha, 26, succumbed to burn injuries which she sustained on January 28 after setting herself ablaze at her residence in Medipally. She was admitted to the Gandi Hospital where she died last night.
In a separate case, 35-year-old Shivanand, who had consumed some unknown poison at his residence in Ellamma Banda on January 21, died at the Gandhi Hospital on Thursday night, according to KPHB Police. (INN)
