Indian Journalist Union (IJU) president S N Sinha and secretary general D Amar expressed deep concern over the death of Manipuri journalist Thangjam Nanao Singh of ‘Prime Time’ in the police firing.
They demanded the Manipur and Indian government to conduct probe into the death of the said journalist and pay considerable compensation otherwise they threatened country level protest by the journalists.
