Educational Qualification and Experience:
Network/ System Administrator -> Essential: M.Tech/ME/MS in Computer Science/IT/Electronics with 8 years’ hands-on experience on network/system administration. Desirable: CCNA/CCDA/CCNP certification from Cisco or Windows/ Linux/Unix System Administration certification from LPI/Red Hat/ Oracle/Microsoft.
Deputy Registrar -> Essential: a) Post-graduate Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale; and b) Experience: 9 years’ experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.6000 and above with experience in educational administration; OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education i.e. 5 years’ experience in Grade Pay of Rs.6600; OR 5 years’ of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in  an equivalent post.
Executive Engineer (Electrical) -> Essential: First class bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and with 8 years’ experience in construction field. Out of the above, at least 5 years’ experience should be in a responsible position. Desirable: The candidates having experience in the CPWD procedures, knowledge of computer application and, knowledge of structure design software(s) and estate management will be given preference.
Sports Officer -> Essential: a) Graduate in Physical Education from a recognized Institute/University with at least 55% of marks; b) Master of Physical Education from a recognized Institute/University with at least 55% of the Marks having specialized in one of the following -Athletics, Shuttle Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Table Tennis, Weightlifting, or Swimming (with a sound coaching knowledge of Water Polo); c) M Phil in Physical Education with at least 55% of marks from a recognized Institute/ University; and d) Candidates should have full time coaching/ teaching experience of a minimum of 8 years at college and or university level. Desirable: The Candidate should have represented a University/State/ National Championship in his/her respective Sport.
Security Officer -> a) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized University; and b) 7 years’ experience as a Commissioned Officer in Indian Army/Navy/Air-force/Police/Para Military, OR  8 years’ experience as Security Officer in Grade Pay Rs.4,200/- or above in an Autonomous Body or equivalent in a PSU.
Technical Officer Gr II -> Essential: BE/B.Tech or higher qualification in Mechanical/ Production/Manufacturing OR equivalent with minimum 10 years’ experience of mechanical workshop operation and maintenance in engineering institute or training center or laboratory of repute; OR Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing or equivalent with minimum 15 years’ experience of mechanical workshop operation and maintenance in engineering institute or training center or laboratory of repute. Desirable: (a) Experience with maintenance and operation of conventional and advanced machines in fabrication shop, (b) Experience of managing multi-machine set-up including automated, CNC and manual machines in an engineering institute of training center of repute, (c) Development and commissioning of experimental set-ups/test rigs, or (d) Maintaining stores and records.

Medical Officer II -> a) MBBS degree from a recognized Institute/University with 6 years’ experience; OR MBBS with two years specialization in any area with 3 years’ experience after the specialization; and b) Experience should be after completing internship out of which a minimum of three years should be in an established hospital/ health center/ Dispensary attached to institutions of repute/ Public Sector Units; and c) possess Permanent Registration Number.
Lady Medical Officer I -> a) MBBS degree from a recognized Institute/University with 6 years’ experience; OR MBBS with two years specialization in any area with 3 years’ experience after the specialization; and b) Experience should be after completing internship out of which a minimum of three years should be in an established hospital/ health center/Dispensary attached to institutions of repute/Public Sector Units; and c) possess Permanent Registration Number.
Assistant Registrar -> Essential: a) Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point scale along with good academic record; and b) Experience of Accounts/ Administration/Establishment/Academics/Materials Management/ Hostels Administration under the Central Government/Central Autonomous or Statutory Bodies/Central Universities:- (1) 5 years in Grade Pay Rs.4200; OR (2) 3 years in Grade Pay of Rs.4600/4800 or above. Desirable: Familiarity with working procedures in a higher technological/educational institution; familiarity with FR, SR, GFR, CPWD procedure for works, etc.; and knowledge of computer applications.
Section Officer -> Essential: a) Graduate with 5 years’ post qualification experience in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous/PSU in the Grade Pay of Rs.4,200 or equivalent; and b) Knowledge of computer office application. Desirable: Command in communication and drafting skills in English Language. Preference will be given to applicants with Post graduation and those who are working in reputed educational institutes like IITs, IISERs, NITs, etc.
Assistant Engineer (Electrical) -> Essential: a) Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised Institute/ University with minimum experience of 5years as Junior Engineer (Electrical); OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised Institute/ University with experience of 8 years as Junior Engineer (Electrical). Desirable: a) Knowledge of CPWD working procedures; and b) Working knowledge of computer applications related to office work, structural design and project management.Junior Engineer (Civil)    -> Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with 3 years ‘experience; OR Diploma of 3 years duration in Civil Engineering with 5 years’ experience.
Junior Engineer (Electrical) -> Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 years’ experience; OR Diploma of 3 years duration in Electrical Engineering with 5 years’ experience.
Senior Library Information Assistant -> Essential: a) Bachelor degree or equivalent Diploma in Library Science from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent obtained after graduation; and b) Experience of 2 years in a Library/Computerization of a Library or 1 year certificate in computer applications from a recognized institute or equivalent. Desirable: Candidates possessing higher academic qualification and/or experience, knowledge of Library automation & networking will be given preference.
Executive Assistant -> Essential: a) Bachelor degree with knowledge of Computer Applications; OR 3 years’ full time Diploma in Computer Application; OR 3 years’ full time Diploma in Commercial and Computers Practice (DCCP); and b) Knowledge of establishment and administration.
Junior Hindi Translator -> Essential: a) Master degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium or an examination at the degree level; OR Master degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level; and b) Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government office, including Government of India Undertaking.
Assistant -> a) Bachelor degree from recognized university; and b) A minimum of 2 years’ experience in establishment/ administration/ stores/ purchase/R&D accounts/ works/ academic administration/ hostel administration/ training/ placement.
Junior Accountant -> a) B Com degree with 2 years’ relevant experience; and b) knowledge of accounting software.
Junior Assistant -> Essential: a) Graduate degree; and b) Knowledge of Computer Applications. Desirable: At least 2 years relevant experience in handling accounts, audit, purchase, import and/or establishment matters.
Junior Technician -> Bachelor Degree / Diploma / ITI in concerned discipline with experience required.
Multi Skill Assistant 1 -> ITI in concerned Trade with industry experience.
Technical Superintendent -> B.E. / B.Tech or M.Sc. Post Graduate in concerned subject / discipline.

Educational Qualification and Experience:
Superintending Engineer (Civil) ->
(1) Essential – Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a good academic record throughout with 13 years of relevant experience out of which at least 4 years of regular service as Executive Engineer level, OR First class Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with 8 years relevant experience out of which at least 4 years must be at the Executive Engineer level.
(2) Desirable – Experience in design and estimation of civil engineering works, supervision of construction of multistoried buildings, maintenance of building roads and other services like sewage disposal, water supply and sewage treatment plant in State/Central/Educational Institutions/Reputed organizations and exposure to maintenance of electrical & air conditioning.
Junior Engineer (Civil) ->
(1) Essential – Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience (OR)
(2) Diploma of 3 years duration in Civil Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.
Junior Engineer (Electrical) ->
