IICD of Jamat-e-Islami is a Unique institution which offers professional training along with Islamic education. Yesterday Ms. K. Sharda Devi, IAS, Director for Welfare of the Disabled and Senior Citizens, Govt. of A.P. visited the institute. Mr. Hafiz Mohammed Rishaduddin, Vice President of the institute welcomed the guest. Mr. Syed Tabreez Bakshi introduced the institute. He said that this institute was established in 2007 at Towlichowki to offer educational facilities to the Handicapped candidate. There are 120 students here. They are getting training in various computer courses.
Ms. Sharda Devi told that Govt. has many welfare schemes for the handicapped candidates and this institute should avail these facilities. She felicitated the candidates who have been successful in getting employment in Railways for which this institute had offered coaching.
Mr. Khader Ali Khan, Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Govt. of A.P. also address the gathering. Mr. Rishaduddin told that the philanthropists should come forward to help this institute. Mr. Irfan Zia conducted the meeting. Mr. Ghulam Moinuddin, Joint Secretary thanked the participants.
